Beska's Quality Inspection

Beska – Best Quality with Competitive Price.
With expertise in sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining, we’re here.

Advanced Inspection Equipment
At Beska, there is a list of quality inspection equipment available as follows. To ensure the accuracy of these checking equipment, the Beska team will conduct a regular maintenance on them.
- CMM                   • Profilometer
- Height Gauge           • Go/No-Go Gage
- Vernier Caliper          • R Gauge
- Profile projector        • Micrometer

Complete Inspection Steps
Whether it is a prototyping or mass production project, we carefully carry out multiple quality inspections. It can be divided into 4 steps: material inspection, processing inspection, post-processing inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
Material selection and testing: Before the project starts, the Beska team will have professional equipment to test the purchased raw materials in advance.
In-process inspection: All machine operators will receive professional training before operating the machine. In this way, more quality control will be carried out during the machining process to avoid unnecessary mistakes. During processing, our quality inspectors also conduct sampling quality inspections on different batches of parts to ensure quality.
Inspection after Post-processing: After post-processing, the tolerances and quality of parts may vary. Therefore, we will re-inspect the parts after post-processing.
Final inspection before shipment: In order to ensure the accuracy of each part, the Beska team will conduct final inspection before shipment. If you need a relevant quality inspection report, we will truthfully prepare the report and send it to you.

Internal and External Collaboration
In addition to advanced equipment and a series of quality checks, internal and external collaboration are equally important.
Skilled manufacturing department: Production employees in different production links will receive professional training before operating the machine, so that more quality control is carried out in the processing process to avoid unnecessary mistakes.
Effective internal and external communication: Whether it is the production team or the sales team, we always maintain effective communication. At the same time, everyone in our sales team is good at both spoken and written English. This allows us to effectively communicate any situation in the production process to the customer completely and accurately to ensure the successful completion of the production.
Updated technology: The production technology is constantly updated, and our team is constantly investing in new machines and equipment to continuously meet the high-quality production needs of different customers.

CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine)
CMM is one of the most advanced and accurate quality inspection equipment. As the machine’s name suggests, it detects and collects data along the X, Y, and Z axes. It allows the tool to measure parts with high precision and obtain accurate data.

Vernier Caliper
At Beska, vernier caliper measures the components when these parts have not that tight tolerance. Compared with CMM machines, it is a more convenient measurement tool for engineers. This tool consists of a main ruler and a connected sliding vernier caliper. We can use this tool to measure the length, inner diameter, outer diameter, and depth of parts. At the same time, we also need to pay special attention to protect this measurement tool to avoid loss of accuracy. For example, it had better not use it to measure parts with rough surfaces, and when placing this tool, we have to take special care not to place this tool with other measuring tools to avoid scratching. Usually, the tools are often stored in a special place.

Height Gauge
Height gauge is a tool used to mark items at a specific height. There are currently three types of height gauges, which include vernier altimeters, dial altimeters, and digital counter altimeters. Different types of height gauge have their own advantages. There are also different sizes of height gauge. The smallest size of height gauge can be used to measure parts smaller than 12 inches. At the same time, one of the main advantages of an height gauge is its flexibility to meet your various measurement requirements with accuracy.
Â

Profilometer
How to measure the surface roughness of the machined components? Profilometer will be an ideal choice for you. At Beska, we often use a slide profilometer because it is portable, inexpensive, easy to use, and sturdy enough.
Â

Micrometer
It is a portable and high-precision measuring tool with calibration screws. We often use it with other measuring instruments such as dials and vernier calipers to measure the thicknesses between two faces of machined parts. It can be used to measure the parts of small diameters up to 1.65 mm.
Â

Go/No-Go Gauge
It consists of two threaded components with different diameters. The test result of the component at one end is acceptable, and the test result of the other end is unqualified. It is a convenient tool for the operators to check the in-process components to ensure their accuracy quickly.
Â

Profile Projector
It helps us a lot when we need to see small defects on parts. It can precisely record the required dimensions by projecting the image to the operator. This effectively zooms in on every detail of the component, giving you a clear picture of the product to avoid potential defects. In the automotive industry, we can use this tool for checking surface deformation of automotive products. For example, a car bumper with tiny scratches and dents on the surface.
